Mandola Estate Winery

The Mandola Estate Winery was founded in 2005 by Drs. Stan and Lisa Duchman in Driftwood, Texas, about 13 miles West of Plum Creek.  Native Italian grapes such as Pinot Grigio, Vermentino, Moscato, and Sangiovese alongside traditional French and Californian grapes are all cultivated right on the estate.  They offer “grape to glass” tours on Saturday and Sunday every hour from 12:00-7:00 pm.  No reservation is required as guests are taken through the winemaking process from “grape to glass.”
